Your guide to meeting people, discovering wines and planning your expo.
The Wines Experience (WE) app brings your event contacts, meetings and programme together in one place. Use it to find relevant people, explore exhibitors, book sessions and keep track of your day.
Are you an exhibitor?
Here’s how the WE app can help your business during the expo.

Make it easier for buyers to find you.
Complete your personal profile so people understand who you are and what you offer. The Exhibitors directory also lets visitors explore company pages, with sections for an overview, products, documents and team members, where available.

Find people worth meeting.
Open Network → People to search by name, company or role, or filter by interest. Tap a person to read their profile. For personalised suggestions, open Winder, the app’s matchmaking feature.

Send a “Toast” to connect.
Browse Winder profiles and tap Toast when you would like to meet someone. Pass to see another profile. If they toast you back, you have a match and a chat opens automatically. When you both have an available networking slot, the app can book the earliest shared slot automatically, so check your agenda.

Arrange your meeting.
You can also open someone’s profile, tap Request a meeting, choose an available day and time, and send your request. Track replies under Network → Requests. Use Messages to talk to your matches and propose, confirm or reschedule a meeting time.
Check My requests for your remaining allowance. Meeting availability and request limits depend on the event; company allowances are shared across your team. Requests left unanswered for 72 hours can be withdrawn to recover the allowance.

Save new contacts while you talk.
Open Scan, allow camera access and point your phone at an attendee’s QR badge. The person is saved under Prospects. Add a note about your conversation or next steps to make follow-up easier. Open My badge when someone wants to scan yours.
Are you a buyer?
Find your next supplier and make every visit count.

Tell the app what you are looking for.
In Profile, select your wine interests and goals. Add relevant preferences, such as regions, grape varieties or wine styles, to help Winder suggest people who fit your search.

Explore exhibitors before visiting their stands.
Open Exhibitors and search by company, category or country. Tap a company to browse its overview, products, documents and team, where available. Use this information to decide whom you want to meet.

Connect with the right people.
Use Winder to discover suggested contacts and exchange Toasts, or search directly in Network. Open a profile to request a meeting at an available time. Check Network → Requests for replies and Messages for conversations and meeting arrangements.

Build your own programme.
Open Agenda → Program to explore masterclasses, panels and tastings. Filter by type or room, select a session and tap Reserve a seat. If it is full, join the waitlist where available; a waitlist place is not a confirmed booking.
Open My agenda to see your reserved sessions and accepted meetings together. Check for time clashes before adding more.

Find your way and take part.
Use Map to locate stands and event spaces. Search for an exhibitor or stand, or select a scheduled activity to see its location. Explore Speakers to learn about presenters and their sessions. Where session questions are enabled, you can ask a question, reply or upvote one.

Keep useful contacts together.
Scan QR badges to save people under Prospects, then add notes about wines discussed or information to request.
